• Updated getMarket chapter that EventTypeId is correctly returned.
• Added Known Issues sections to the documentation for each service.
• Clarified the appropriate error handling for BET_IN_PROGRESS errors.
• Updated Placebet documentation to reflect minimum lay bet price for In-Play Persistent lay bets.
• If a betId is specified for getMUBets, then betStatus must be MU.
• Updated BACK_LAY_COMBINATION documentation of placeBets.

• Added new service GetCompleteMarketTradedVolumeCompressed
• Added note regarding sending MarketId == 0 for cases where MarketId field is optional
• Updated getMUBets BetsStatusEnum description to clarify that settled bets (S) are never returned.
